This is an open invitation to Nigerians who are interested in participating in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry to submit required data to the NCDMB which will be utilized for the design and implementation of interventions to promote employment and indigenous participation in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.

The Board’s proactive Human Capacity development strategy is designed to ensure that an organized process is used to prepare the vast population of unemployed graduates, experienced professionals and vocationals across the nation and in Diaspora to take up opportunities that will surely materialize from emerging industry transformation.
